Post Injectable Bruising

As a Board-certified dermatologist, I developed this evidence-based recovery protocol to help my patients reduce bruising, inflammation, and skin stress after injectables.

This three-step regimen combines targeted vasoconstriction, systemic anti-inflammatory support, and regenerative skincare to accelerate healing and support optimal outcomes:

1. RVL Ice Roller
Cold therapy promotes vasoconstriction to reduce post-injection bruising and swelling. Use immediately after treatment, five minutes at a time, two to three times daily.

2. RVL Arnica Oral Pellets
Homeopathic Arnica montana supports the lymphatic system and modulates inflammatory cytokines. Clinically shown to reduce bruising post-procedure. Dosage: five pellets under the tongue, three times/day for three to five days.

3. Alastin Regenerating Skin Nectar
Powered by TriHex Technology®, this treatment clears damaged extracellular matrix, stimulates collagen, and includes topical Arnica montana for added anti-inflammatory support.

Shop all three products below and take the guesswork out of post-procedure care.
